I am a Ph.D. student at the University of Waterloo I have been a Teaching Assistant at the University since 2016. I base my classes on the outcomes that each student wants to get, either gaining skills or getting high grades at school. My approach always depends on "hard work beats talent", everyone can make it with more understanding accompanied by a lot of practice.
